Client: The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

I was working at The Venetian’s VIP event for the 2023 inaugural F1 race when Chef Eyal Shani waved me over to ask about my Hasselblad as he was also a collector. He said he wished he had time to take pics and process film, and I told him there was a Polaroid back he could snap in so it would be instant.

What can I say, he’s an artist off and on the stove, and the latter glows in his absolutely delicious food. Keep on clicking, Chef.
