Imagine AWS with 50,000 attendees present in the property hungry for all meal periods, and for a whole week at that. I can’t fathom how they were fed, not to mention fed well. Look no further than the best and most talented chefs in the world tackle the insurmountable with precision and style. Did I mention they’re also the nicest people to work with?

This photoshoot was planned for months, and the chefs were ahead three or four platings before I finished so that we could get through over one thousand dishes on time; and did all of that with smiles and nil ego.
